I visited this service center to get my oil changed. A week later, I discovered that my car had a dead battery. Apparently, the technicians had tampered with the battery cap and forgot to replace it. After contacting them and submitting a claim, they reviewed the video footage and claimed that they had not done anything wrong. However, I am skeptical about their explanation. I have never touched the battery cap, and they are the only people who have worked on my car since I had the oil changed at the same location a few thousand miles ago. I requested that they send me the video footage, but I doubt that they will comply. As a result of this incident, I will never be using Valvoline for any oil changes in the future. If they fail to send me the video footage, I will be compelled to file a complaint with the BBB

I’ve been coming here for years and they are thorough, fast and a great price. I’ve had multiple things done by them and it’s always a great experience. The team is courteous and always answers any questions I have and gives great advice. Today they let me know my new battery from somewhere else had some issues. They encouraged me to get a replacement under warranty and I did! I’m all set for summer driving in GA! Highly recommend!

Chris and the team are simply lovely. They’re honest about what your car actually needs, never push unnecessary services, and take the time to explain things clearly. Every visit is pleasant—they’re friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s refreshing to find an auto service team that combines expertise with such great customer service (and wonderful smiles). Highly recommend!

Jason (the mgr) and staff were phenomenal in taking care of me by changing my oil & letting me know of recommended services to keep my car running efficiently. I didn’t feel pressured to accept those services. Keep up the good work.😁
